David was appointed a partner with Reeves+Neylan in 1980 having joined the Firm in 1970. In 1988 he became Partnership Chairman.
David has extensive experience of advising on strategy and compliance with regard to taxation matters. Specific roles include: advising on audit and corporate financial statements, corporate taxation including group tax strategies and transfer pricing and personal and payroll taxes, remuneration packages including share option schemes, and also corporate finance such as fundraising, capital structures, acquisition, disposal of business and Taxation of Mutuals (co-operatives).
