Reeves+Neylan Forensic Accounting is a specialist division of Reeves+Neylan responsible for forensic accounting reports, investigations and provision of expert evidence. The division was formed in 1990 to assist solicitors with forensic accounting investigations and expert reports. Since then we have prepared in excess of 1,500 reports and given evidence at trial on numerous occasions in both civil and criminal cases throughout the UK.
We receive a wide range of instructions ranging from sole practitioners to top ten firms. We now provide our services not only to solicitors but to insurers, NHS Trusts, local authorities, limited companies, individuals, the Police and many others throughout the UK in both civil and criminal cases.
We have the resources to handle major assignments yet still provide close personal attention from a partner. As part of Reeves+Neylan, an award winning firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, our team can draw on the expertise of 300 partners and staff with a spectrum of skills ranging far beyond traditional accounting.
Since the introduction of CPR the proportion of joint instructions has increased and is now approximately:
Joint 40%
Claimant 30%
Defendant 30%
We pride ourselves on CPR compliant reports which, although often reporting on complex situations, are easily understood, concise, adequately supported by documentary evidence and produced within your deadlines.
We direct considerable resources to training so that we are in the forefront of current developments. The most advanced technology and management systems ensure that all assignments are completed cost effectively within agreed timescales. In short, we aim to provide the highest quality, personal service for every single instruction undertaken.
